  • Question about diplomacy screen

I've done a search to see if I can quickly find the answer to my question question, but it's so specific (or too broad) that I could be searching forever and never find it. So a new thread it is.

How can I see what each AI civ thinks of the other AI civs?

(I know I can individually ask each one what they think of so and so. But to do this with every permutation of relation is rather tedious. Some sort of "master list" screen that shows everything at once would be nice. ...)

I want to know because I'm going to prep for war across the sea and need to figure out who I should first target.

In the Foreign advisor, click Relations tab and just click the Civ leader you are interested in and hover over the others to see what they think of the clicked one...

Thanks. I could have sworn I tried that--I selected two leaders (causing a yellow border to appear around their pics) but noting happened. I must have missed selecting something else that was necessary or been on a wrong page.

You should only select one leader. Hover the mouse over the others.

This option also shows trade between the civ hovered over and the clicked-on civ. Useful if you are looking for a particular resource and can influence that other trade. When A stops trading the resource to B, it should be available to you, IF you have what civ A wants.
