Can't change where BTS installs?

I tried doing a search for this, but damned if I can find anything:

So I want to install BTS, but it's not giving me the option to change where I want it installed - it looks like it's trying to put it on C:\, which isn't the drive I need to install it on.

Is there any way to fix this?

Have you tried the "Custom Install" option?

First I've heard of it; install doesn't have any Custom Install button...

I have BTS installed in the root of my E: drive so it must be an option. I think it is offered right after the Install option.

No, I figured out the problem - it was unpacking stuff to a temp directory (C) and then installed into the appropriate folder on E.
