Missing file after patch

This is just great. Just updated to patch 1.74, and now it says I'm missing a .dll file. ANy help on this?
D3DX9_32.DLL is the file name that's missing.

You need to update DirectX (www.gamesforwindows.com) - 9.0c/newest build if you have XP, 10 if you have Vista. (Yes, 9.0c is the version you undoubtedly have, but they keep making updates to it but not changing the version number).
