Maybe you had TOO MANY workers, Tattila? Would you perhaps have preferred your more powerful military units be disbanded?

If you really CARED about your units, you wouldn't have had the negative balance in your treasury, now would you.

If you exceed the free non-mil support limit they can be disbanded also
