Your situation looks pretty good. Your religious friends are all to your west, and with the mountains and tundra you have good choke points to hold them off if they decide to backstab you. A few walls and well placed defenders should safeguard your western borders. This means you can concentrate your forces to the east, and Isabella. 
Try to leave 6-8 forest tiles around Babylon. It could be a good place for the National Park if you ever get there. Put your cottages around the river and your farms around the lake. Wonders should go there and enough food for specialists. Use the PHIL trait- if for nothing else have your GP start a Golden Age the turn you attack to switch civics for free (or get the GA earlier and switch the LAST turn before it ends).
Your capitol should be your money/science generator.
Finish connecting cities, then get Izzy when you feel ready.
You may want calendar soon (dye & spice to help happiness).
Finally go for Machinery, Civil Service, Theology, Feudalism. Go to Vassalage & Theocracy and spit out a ton of Longbowmen & Crossbowmen, plus the occasional Maceman. I don't know whether to go for Combat I, Cover I, Drill II Crossbows or straight Drill IV, but I'm sure you can figure it out.
