    There's not supposed to be a corelation between relgions.

    What I do note though is that all your pairs of religions are adviable about the same time, so chances are the city they ended up being founded in had the highest odds.

    Basically it's your capital will never be chosen unless its your only city. Next cities without any religion are highly prefered. And I think if you have a state religion any non-state religion cities may also be prefered. If everything above is equal then it appears to be random but based on population/

            Every once in a while... next to my name my HOF entry pops up. that was a prince game where with 1 city I founded all the religions. It was shear luck i got buhdism AND hinduism. the others I was able to beeline.

              I guess if you aren't building workers and settlers then you don't need worker techs and can beeline straight thru all the religions. I've never tried a game like that.
