multiplayer rtw problems-rotation of turns

I have installed all updates 3.13,rtw addon, addon patch. when playing a multiplayer game such as rtw 1938 all selected nations take their turns, however when last nation in group is finished it doesn't go to first nation- it advances time for last nation instead.
what to do?
I apologize in advance if I am not using the posting system properly.

Sorry to say but RtW was never written for MP. Whilst I made an effort to make MP work properly there are still problems with it.

The mod was always designed as a SP mod.
