When I am at war with a rival civilization, and suddenly another joins the fray against me, I don't get any reason as to why. Have they been bribed into declaring war on me, or did they come up with the idea on their own? The human player isn't privileged with that kind of diplomatic intelligence.
On the other hand, when I convince a civ to come in on my side, why does my enemy know the details? How do they know "You brought in a War Ally Against Us", and my ally didn't just jump in out of opportunism?
