The default by Firaxis is 18 civs in a game so you'll have to find a mod that raises that limit. SDK Patch is just a fancy way of saying Mod. There's a few around, though you'll probably have better luck finding one over at CivFanatics. They have a more active Creation & Customization community than this site does. with alot more files in their library.Comment
