Rhys Rise of Civilization plague events are a huge pain in the ass. For realism's sake, I would not mind seeing it added to regular civ, but as a player, I would be royally pissed by it - nice happy empire, them BAM, all gone to hell.

i like realism. I approve. the black death killed off a 3rd of the population in europe. it set us back quite a bit population-wise. (some argue that the lack of people spurred on technological development, but that is another discussion)
