More than one Perm Alliance possible?

Is there a way that you're able to obtain more than one perm alliance member while in a game?

You need to modify the game to be able to do so. IIRC, it requires changing the dll. There's no way to do it via XML or Python.

I saw a three-civ PA back in vanilla. It was formed by three AI civs, in respond of I and another AI forming a PA.

Never see it happen again after that.

I was just cuious because in the game I'm in now I'm in a PA with Egypt and to the south of me is Washington. Our relations is pretty high, not sure if it was random or not but over the beginning of the game I go 7 or 8 pop ups saying one of Americas cities are starving. i would send my food to there city. I have like +20 of just past experences with them.

Ive had 3 way PA's myself several times but that was vanilla, not got it in BTS or warlords .
