Two quick Questions

1. Where did the glance (diplo-love you numbers-matrix)
function go on the F4 key when the 3.13 patch game out. I miss it!

2. What does the red smiley face column mean on the right side of the F1 city screen? I'm rackin my brain tryin to figure that one out.

1. I think there's some kind of setting by editing the .ini file that will bring it back. But in the mean time, go to the relations screen. Click on an opponent to make it active. Now when you hover over the other AI you see how the AIs feel about him.

2. Are you sure it's NOT a red frowning face? I think it's supposed to be the unhappy count.
