I have no explaination (outside of a glitch) for this screenshot...
the game suddenly gave me the message "the city of Xian has been captures and you pillaged 157 gold. What would you like to do with this city?"
I was not attacking this city and as you can see I was at war with China and Khmer (China was a vassal of Khmer).
The only unit I have in the city is a worker, presumably one I captured when I somehow took over the city. China however has 2 longbowman and a spearman.
Is this a worker's revoloution or an evil spy worker of doom?
