What is it about the earth's early gasses that make them 'strange'? I think it's just silly. Gasses aren't strange, they're just gasses. Nimoy is out of control.

The intro when you start a new game is basically the same as the original Civ, except with a voiceover instead of subtitles. If it were re-worded it wouldn't be much of an homage, would it?O'Neill: I'm telling you Teal'c, if we don't find a way out of this soon, I'm gonna lose it.
