Civ4: Complete out outside Americas

Seems like a ripoff to me.

BTS kept everything worthwhile from Warlords, and expanded on it.

If I was in the market (and outside the US) I would check to see if Civ4 + BTS is cheaper then Complete.

Here in NZ, Civ4 Complete works out cheaper than buying Civ4 + BtS - by about $25.00. Probably due to Complete all being one one DVD, with no manuals etc, no fancy boxes etc.
