      Thank you all for your help. It turns out they had another city on an island in the middle of nowhere. I found it by trading world maps with another civ and then the viking city showed up on my map. I thought since I had satalites, i didnt have to worry about world maps anymore. Guess not. Anyways, i invaded their city and won, and they promptly disapeared out of the game! Thanks again for everyones help.

        Vassalized civs count as being "conquered" for a Conquest victory.

        50% of the Vassal's population gets counted for you for a domination victory.
