Patch and Readme

I understand a list of updates was posted on this site and may or may not be complete and may or may not be official. After all, the post calls the patch 3.13 but the upload is 3.03 and one line in the post is 'Add Solver's events' while I'm sure they are good events, that doesn't explain anything. How hard would it be for Firaxis to add a correctly detailed readme file to the patch so we know what we are putting on our computer? It shouldn't be our responsibility to ferret out this list.

I'm looking forward to finding out actually Events should be a surprise, makes it more fun.

I'm confident they're well balanced, probably more so than some of the events that are already in game

3.03 is an old broken patch. 3.13 is a patch that will be released soon, and its change list is now public. And yes, it's official.
