I would like to add some solar systems to the game.
I found the solar sys. in the world builder, but where are the planets and suns?

Do you mean to an ongoing game?

I'm afraid there's no easy way to add stuff to a game in progress. With the next patch you'll be able to add/customize Star Systems in the WorldBuilder Save though.
