Hmm...taking into account when they are available and including cost to obtain, I will say.

      1. Great Wall (Great Spy points this early are insane).
      2. Great Library.
      3. Cristo.

Great library used to be #1, but now that it requires an extra tech to get it in BtS, I find it's much less often worthwhile to go for it.

          1. Christo Redentor - the way it is now, it's probably the best

          2. Great Library - useful, obviously, especially before you build your

          3. Forbidden Palace - I know, it needs a few courthouses, but I feel that this is the best of the National Wonders. Helps the economy when built in the right spot, especially if you don't want to give independance to your overseas territories just yet (or ever )

I'm surprised at all the love for the Cristo Redentor.

              Cristo is broken.

Because it lets you switch civics multiple times per turn.
              Switch slavery and rush something.
Switch serfdom and move all your workers.
Switch emancipation and end the turn.

And that's just one of many immoral tricks which it allows.

That's just for SPI civs, isn't it?

It's the only benefit which Spi civs gain from it, but that effect is for all civs.

Yeah, CR is pretty nuts. Then again, it comes so late...

                    Great Library.
Colossus (obviously map, and/or trait, dependant)
                    Oracle

edit: hmm, maybe The Mausoleum instead of the Oracle. It's somewhat playstyle dependant, obviously, but that's true of many wonders. I've been triggering 5 GA's per game, and having them last 50% longer has been pretty powerful.

                    -Arrian
grog want tank...Grog Want Tank... GROG WANT TANK!

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.

Cristo Redentor is worthless. It comes at a point when you should already BE in your final civics. And anyway can only save a few turns switching to say totalinarinism

                      1. Great Pyramids
                      2. The Mausoleum
                      3. Colossus

EDIT; Worthless is too strong a word. But, by that time in the game virtually every tile will be roaded\railroaded. Your cities had better have had been developed a LONG time ago
if you want to stop terrorism; stop participating in it

''Oh,Commissar,if we could put the potatoes in one pile, they would reach the foot of God''.But,replied the commissar,''This is the Soviet Union. There is no God''.''Thats all right'' said the worker,''There are no potatoes''

Christo Redentor is strong, but it comes too late in the game to really be all that useful unless you need to make an emergency switch to police state or something:

My three favorites (in single player) are:
                        Pyramids
                        Stonehenge
Apostolistic Palace (mainly to keep it out of the hands of my enemy)
"Cunnilingus and Psychiatry have brought us to this..."

For charismatic non creative leader Stonehenge is pretty strong, +1 happy, +2 culture is just extremely strong early one. However what makes it a bit less powerful is the fact that monuments are so cheap. You can easily get that bonus by just building a monument when needed.

The Eiffeltower combined with it's 3 sister wonders is also very strong. +6 happy and enough resources to trade for another +6 happy in the best case. Charismatic gives another +1 happy. That is a total of +13 happy.

The Internet is also very strong. It just comes a bit late in the game. In close tech race between at least 3 civs it can however be very powerful.

The Howerdam is also good pretty good combined with organized. Small cities no longer need to build a power plant and they get double build speed for the factories. This very quickly allows them to have a +75% hammers.

The Great Library is nice and even nicer with the philosophical trait.

But all of these depend on situations. For example Stonehenge is useless for a creative non Egyptian non charismatic leader so it's hard to make a top 3 without knowing the leader traits.

                          1. Chrito (if not changed)
                          2. Pentagon (because it's a no brainer and good for any leader)
                          3. Oracle (also because it's a no brainer)

BTW: You're missing "the best 3 UBs"

I lke the 3 gorges dam, getting electricity in all my cities at once saves a lot of sickness for me.

Pyramids is a requisite for specialist econmy. If I can manage to build it, I ll go for a specialist evety time

I like stonehenge and great walls, depending of my leader and strategy

                              Great Library.
Great Lighthouse seems underestimated. +2 trade routes per city is easily +4 gold per city. That's a respectable amount if you have 10 coastal cities...
Parthenon (in combo with Mausoleum and or Philo... wohoo!!)

Pyramids are great, but prohibitively expensive if you dont have Stone or Industrious, even then it's expensive.
                              Diplogamer formerly known as LzPrst

                                Great Library
                                Oracle
                                Pentagon

Honestly, I care about this the least out of all the polls. I always want to get the wonders on my list, but am never heart-broken if I don't.

Great Library is great for a tech jump, so I'm a fan. Same with the Oracle, obviously, as I can use it to jump start a particular strategy that I need to use (and I like civs that start with Mysticism, so it's not far off the beaten path for me). The Pentagon is great for promoting units, especially combined with a Charismatic civ, so I'm a fan. But it's not the most important thing to me.
