Warlords 2.13 Patch...

I downloaded this patch and now I can't play the game. I get some message about not being able to locate "D3DX9_32.DLL" and to reinstall the program. So I uninstalled both Civ IV and Warlords and reinstalled them and then downloaded the 2.13 patch for Warlords. I got the same message again.

What should I do?

You might need to update to the latest Direct X.
