The return of the Caravan

I actually liked caravans, especially the food trading. Assisting building a wonder was nice as well. I can see how they could be seen as to powerful and exploited, though. But, with the evolution of Civ through the years, they could again be viable and include limitations.

Willhelm has brought out something good for the modders to ponder

I just hope they won't be as imbalanced as in SMAC.
