Converting Civs From Bts to Warlords?

If there are so many things that people, then is it possible to just convert the new civs to Warlords w/UU? At least until the annoyances are corrected?

I don't really think it's worth it. Also, it'd be a pain, since I think some of the new UUs require new techs or new units from BTS. Just buy the expansion.

The idea was, if espionage and corps were broken, then go back to warlords.
