BtS - Bug with Graphics settings menu?

When I go to Advanced -> Options, under the Graphics tab my setting options just stop after "Opening Menu". There is no option to adjust next to it, nor anything below it, and all the checkboxes that used to be on the right side in the normal Civ4 options are not there either. And the Audio options tab is completely empty. What gives? Anyone else have that? How di I fix it? Or do I have a corrupt BtS? In the underlying standard Civ4, all options are displayed fine.

Okay, google first shoot later I guess. Found out it seems to be a problem with the german version and is fixed by manually installing the 3.02 patch from the firaxis site. Not deleting the post in case someone else runs into it though.
