Got liberalism multi so wheres my free tech?

I'm currently playing a 15 player multi warlords game.
I am! the first to discover liberalism, it occurred this very turn which will finish in 24 hours from now.
I have yet to be asked what free tech I want!

Does it require the turn that you discover liberalism in to be finished in order to chose your free tech? or have I discovered an extremely annoying bug that basically ruined a plan I've had in set for several months.

It's a known bug, at least in older versions of warlords (2.08 and earlier). It's fixed in the newest version, AFAIK.

Indeed, if you ask your host to upgrade it to 2.13 and roll back ONE turn, you should get your tech. If it's not working that way (it's 2.13 already) let us know.
