If any one needs this:
I had an issue with the default install of BTS.
Fullscreen mode would only display half of an oversized screen.
The fix is simple. Use the keyboard shortcuts to get to advanced, and options.
Tab over to graphics, and tab to anti-aliasing Multisamples.
Set it at 0.
