cuirassiers?

Playing my first game of BTS (also never played Warlords, went straight from original to BTS).

Should cuirassiers come at the same time as cavalry? Seems like that misses the point. But I got both at the same time, with Military Tradition I think, and of course never got the chance to build cuirassiers since they were made obsolete by calvary.

Also noticed the military academy bug, but I saw someone made an unofficial patch for that.
