Tactical Nuke and Global Warm

if i launch a tactical nuke from a submarine inside enemy´s cultural borders, it´s starts global warm in my cities like ICMB ?

I haven't tried it, but as far as I know. tactical nukes behaves like ICBM concering global warming (and damage). Global warming may strike anywhere e.g. if you make a total nuclear mayhem for you enemy, you will also experience global warming occationaly (but not fall-out like the nukes create upon explotion)

Yep, they start global warming. Even one can trigger the process. But tactical nukes have one big advantage over ICBMs: you can gift them.
