espionage: what does this mean?

Hi,

From the first screenshot below I would presume that I am pretty much on par in espionage ratio with Peter - but as per the second which correctly mirrors my spending throughout the game exclusively on him I am over 2:1 with him.

So what does the info in screenshot 1 represent? Is it perhaps the total number of espionage points we have against everyone?

I believe it is espionage points generated ... I suppose you could test it by spending a bunch of points and seeing if it goes down?

Yeah. You might be beating up on Peter, but he could still be generating as many EPs as you...he 's just directing them at other civs, and so only has 800 on you.
