Modern warfare is much better. My pick of the changes is the limit on airplanes. I'd like to see it even lower (say at 3), or the airport do even less (say at 6), as I find ground siege weapons are still fairly redundant. Nevertheless, it's a massive improvement over the "take one city and move all your aircraft there in one go" manoeuvre, which resulted in modern warfare being too easy in Warlords.
- The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.
