I found out the hard way that when you put a new city to cose to a neighbors area a revolt can break out and you lose that city. So is it possiable to casue a revolt in the one of the AI's city? If so how??

Revolts happen when another civ's culture is extremely strong in the city. So if there's an AI city on your border and you have lots of cultural influence there, the city may revolt.
Keep in mind that garrisoning that city lowers probability of a revolt, so if you have a city you're worried about that way, just put some good troops in there.Solver, WePlayCiv Co-Administrator

The easiest way to make a city-flipping revol is culture-bombing. You found a city close to the one you want to take and use a Great Artist to create a masterpiece there. Bam, your cultural borders expand greatly and put a huge pressure on the target city.Graffiti in a public toilet
