Seriously, though. Names like "Random" (or Random).
Actually, there are quite a few intelligence agents and cryptographers in the list who were successful, but obviously weren't well known at the time they did their work. The people at Bletchley Park come to mind.
Of course, the average person probably doesn't know about them.

If my memory serves, Blunt was discovered in the 1960s, but the business was kept secret; Thatcher outed him about 20 years later and he was stripped of his knighthood and other honors, but IIRC not receive other punishment.
Of those, I'd give the 'most successful' title to Philby, because he did by far most damage before fleeing to Russia.
