      OT but @Krill:

How do you figure that it takes six seconds to read your sig?

Most people are slow readers. And it takes another few seconds for most to understand it.

I'd like to fit in a two syllable word instead of six, but there are no two syllable words from one through nine if you have an accent.

If you wrote "some seconds" instead of a number, more people will be trying to figure out exactly how many seconds, and thus will waste more.

some seconds is incorrect gramatically. "A few" would be the correct form, but it just isn't as snazzy. Either way, if Liverpool win the CL final I'll have to change it

How about "You just wasted five thousand seven hundred and sixty-two milli-seconds of your life reading this sentence."

isnt the Phalanx a type of gun on an aircraft carrier they use to shot missiles and torpedos?

That might explain the "Phalanx beats Bomber/Battleship/Armor" conundrum from the original Civilization game.

Yes it is, famousguy. But it was named for the GREEK phalanx of 2500 years ago.
