Comedy Civ scenario?

Seeing as the more mind-boggling threads are picking up, I thought I'd suggest something a bit more light-hearted.

Would someone care to create a Comedy-Civ scenario?

I'm thinking a seven-Civ scenario with perhaps some of the following:

Civ name: Monty Python (Pythonites)
Leader(s): Graham Chapman
Unique unit: The Knights who say 'Nih!'
Unique building:Spamalot

Civ name:Silent Movie
Leader(s): Marty Feldman, Mel Brooks
Unique unit: Mild-mannered pervert
Unique building: Big Movie Studio

Civ name: The Office
Leader(s): David Brent
Unique unit: Watercooler
Unique building: Office block

Civ name: Fawlty Towers
Leader(s): John Cleese
Unique unit: Spanish waiter
Unique building: Fawlty Towers (a bit un-creative but it's the best I can come up with)

Civ name: Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan
Leader: Borat
Unique Unit: Kazakhstanian Prostitute (oh here we go again)
Unique building: ?

I can see some traits...like Sillyness, Facemaking, Surrealistic....but I can't quite figure out the benefits of each, and which to assign to which...

That's those I can come up with here and now...please feel free to add suggestions...

Come to think of it, you might need a new tech tree too...oh well...

This is not comedy

Borat's Kazakhstan has been confirmed as one of the civs in BtS.

I like it! I'd have Gareth with his TA skills as the Office unique unit though!

I'd include

Civ name: Black Books
Leader(s): Bernard Black
Unique unit: Hot Manny (replaces axeman, has barrage promotion)
Unique building: Book Shop (replaces library, +50% research but -1 health due to excessive drinking and smoking)

You could come up with seven civs just using Monty Python material. The info in the first post would be for a civ called the Round Table. Here are some from the TV show:

Civ: Piranha Brothers
Leaders: Doug Piranha, Dinsdale Piranha
UU: Spiny Norman (giant hedgehog)
UB: The other other operation

Civ: Gumbies
Leader: R. J. Gumby
UU: Shouting Man!!!!
UB: Handkerchief knotted on head

Civ: Spanish Inquisition
Leader: Cardinal Fang
UU: Comfy chair
UB: Torture chamber

Civ: Monty Pythons
Leader: "It's" man
UU: Naked organist
UB: Argument clinic

... and so forth.

Wouldn't it rather be an idea to tweak about the promotions / effects / traits a bit, like, let's say

Civ name: Monty Python (Pythonites)
Leader(s): Graham Chapman (Silly, surrealist)
Unique unit: The Knights who say 'Nih!' (Replaces Knight; Starts with extra Jape, +50 % funny when near shrubbery)
Unique building: Spamalot (+ 20 % food in every city (on account of them eating ham and jam and spam a lot))

Don't know if it can be done but it'd add to the scenario.
