Noob MP games: where to find them?

I am new to Civ4 and want to learn and would like to join in say 4-6 person MP Pbem game. But I don' t see the right forum to announce interest in starting a new game or to join a new game ?

Also when I progress to pItboss where do you go to join new MP games ?.

In contrast , In the SMAC MP forum you just go and announce yourself as interested in a game.

Go to the Civ4 Succession/PBEM forum to start PBEMs - http://apolyton.net/forums/forumdisp...s=&forumid=258 (It's a subforum of Civ4 Multiplayer, which can make it hard to find.) You can announce your interest there. Pitboss games can be organized there too.
