    ok, with the current SPDG forum in-active due to a issue that the staff are looking into etc, that is why we are here in the Civ 4 General forum

    this thread is literally for sign up etc, you are welcome to start discussing settings etc, but we will poll that in a new forum once operational...

    so spread the word and get involved
