Just installed the 2.08 patch, and now it appears that the graphics for Qin Shi Hung and Kublai Khan are switched. Each of them looks like the other one used to, in the game and in the Civilopedia. Has anyone else had this problem?

Why should it be?
The way it's now is historically correct, and the way leaderheads were originally intended. You'll get used to it.

So you're saying it was originally intended this way? Qin Shi Huang is the bulky Mongol-looking guy and Kublai Khan is the short guy with the Chinese-style beard? I'm somewhat surprised at that, but I suppose it's possible.Adam T. GieselerComment
