Is This Normal?

I just bought the game but I notice scrolling can be somewhat slow...unless i left click then it's fast..It's also quick scrolling when other civs take their moves so it doesn't seem like a hardware problem even though i only have a Nvidia 6200..768mb of ram... AMD2800+..Simply because its really fast except when i scroll manually........Graphic settings don'e have an effect weather i set them high or low...Just curious.

so far I'm enjoying the game though..

but yes, the AI does scroll quickly - you get use to it
