Text_civ_descr_carthage

Hi, I just bought Warlords last night and after installing it and the v2.08 patch, I now get messages saying something like "TEXT_CIV_DESCR_CARTHAGE". This is instead of the leader's name when I select civilizations for a custom game. In addition, it happens when game play starts on the list of leaders in the bottom right corner. It only seem to occur with the new civs that come with Warlords.

I think something similar like this happened before, but maybe a patch fixed it. Also, I noticed these messages look just like the coding in the XML files. I checked the coding for the new civs though and they look the same as the other ones.

Is there any way to fix this problem? It's very annoying and makes me not want to play.

As others have said, I'm not sure what could be causing this except corrupted data, which means un-installing everything and then re-installing.
