The term is PCI, Increase, not Addition

Nah. You have to have a reason to do that. And you have to pay attention, and you have to make sure that you don't become corrupted by that source of power.

Whereas you can give people who annoy you weird custom titles that aren't funny and don't make sense.

A new layout is being worked on, afaik. Personally I think a lot of those links on the front page can move up one level, and then we can move some other interesting stuff down a level. But I don't know what the big boys will come up with
