As you know if you have a holy city you can see the units around the enemy cities that have that religion, but..... that doesn't happens always!

Do you know the conditions under that happen??

you goto have the right religious civic,

i think its organized religion, but not sure tbh.

It only works for your state religion.

Religious civic does not matter. State religion does.

You only have line of sight for your state religion. So if you have 5 religions you only get the see the cities of one. You can of course switch religion to see the other ones. If you are spiritual that's sometimes a nice trick.

If you are running free religion then you cant see either

I think its because free religion means no state religion
