Refresh Rate & Resolution

I'm trying to set Civ IV at high res.
No problem on that (setting at 1600x1200).
But Civ IV runs at 60Hz. I want to set it to 75Hz (as my desktop is).

Is there any entry I can add to de ini file to set (I think Civ III has ...)?
