correct cd error...?

since doing the auto update last nite, the gane wont play. everytime i try to start i get 'please put correct cd in'. the correct cd is in. i have tried starting from the cd, the exe file in the game itself & of course ejecting & reinserting the cd. nothing works.
anybody got a clue?

Uninstall, delete all files and install it again.

Havent had the same problem but the usual approach to bad things that happens to games :P.

Might've been a corrupt download or some such.

I got that problem too, with both civ4 and warlords. Neither would load from the cd. This was in both the cd and dvd drive so it's not a dead drive (plus other games run fine). I think SecuRom got updated.

I had to umm..... use other means.
