Will this game work smoothly on my computer. I have read reviews on Amazon that it will not.

What are your processor specs?
The demo recommends a minimum of 1.8GHz. I've run it on my Dual 2.5, and it seems fine, but I don't have access to a G5 iMac.
You could always download the demo and try for yourself... but beware, the download speed sucks if you aren't a member... it took 5 hours
for me to download at work... and they have really fat pipes.
