I have a problem with this, at random intervalls, the tooltip doesn't work.
Like when a city has finished building and I'm about to choose what else to build I get no info on that unit (and the scroll wheel doesn't work either) and a turn or two after it works fine.
The same happens to tech btw.
would be nice if some one had a fix for it.
