Time Victory End Video/Movie

I noticed that Civ IV is missing two end videos for the diplomatic and the time victories and they never even added them to the Warlords expansion pack! After some searching, I found a custom mod made by someone that allows you to add a diplomatic victory video, which is nice.
I was wondering though if anyone knows whether a mod for the Time Victory video exists anywhere?
