Map generator bug?

I had set up a PBEM with pangea

I got islands


anyone else run ito this ?


on the same game set up, here is what the next turn player told me

The save had a mod (EE3) that needed to be installed.

Which in the game set up I never choose.

Just by chance I had played a turn with the mod, saved exited, so I could then set up

not good enough I guess

If you pick "Natural" shorelines or something, you can end up with very small islands just off the shore. I hope that no one would ever start there, but if they did I'd be upset too. If you don't want the possibility of islands then go with the other shoreline options such as "pressed".
