The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

The attached save game crashes as soon as you end the turn. I have played 7 games prior to this and one after, so I don't think it is my machine. I am posting this in the hope that Firaxis can use the attachment to find the bug.
I loaded your save file and ended the turn. No crash, even after playing several more turns. I loaded it both by double-clicking on the file in Explorer and from within the game. No crash either way.
I also discovered something interesting about loading saved game files from within Warlords' menu system: It is case-sensitive to the file extension. When I first tried to load your save file (named crash.civwarlordssave), this file wasn't displayed on the load menu. I had to rename the file to crash.CivWarlordsSave for it to display on the load menu. However, the file loaded correctly from Explorer even with the original file extension.

Sounds like something with your hardware (or more exactly perhaps the game interacting with your hardware)
Have you tried playing it at a lower Resolution or graphics level?
