Civ4 PBeM game loadable on a Warlords-installed PC?

If Warlords is installed onto a PC, will that PC no longer be able to be used for playing an ongoing Civ 4-original PBeM (current patch)?

If not, can it be worked around with tricks like different install directories?

Yes, Civ4 games are still playable on a Warlords PC. They are effectively two seperate games, you can play them seperately.
