I found a bug with Wheat

I came across a Wheat resource that wouldn't allow me to build a Farm without Civil Service. I thought maybe the rules were changed but just now, after going into the Worldbuilder, I discovered that there's two Wheat resources showing up in my game. One works as it should, but the other provides no health benefits or extra food. It acts just like a normal terrain square. I haven't tried a complete reinstall of both games yet, maybe that will clear it up.

Ooops, my bad. It seems when I added the new scenario resources, I accidentaly copied an extra entry for Wheat. Just ignore me.
