Resource not showing?

I've got the latest patch 1.61, and I've started playing and animal resources (horses, pigs, deer, etc). Only their shadows are showing.

Does any one else know how to fix this?

What are your Computer Specs? I would believe it is most likely your video card.

I'm afraid I really don't know. A bit of a computer dunce.

But why would everything else work (if my video card is the problem) but only certain little things not?

My computer would not show the city names, but everything else worked fine, and my graphics card was the problem.


If it's a PC, go to Start, Run, and type dxdiag. After you type that a window will come up, which will tell you about your system, go to Display on the tab, and find Name of Device and Approx Total Memory, and tell what they say.
